Cancellation and Refund policy

1. Application Cancellation

• Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your press card application within 24 hours of submission. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, you must email your application details and the reason for cancellation to info@nishpakshjanavlokan.in.

• Process:

  • Once your cancellation request is received and verified, your application will be considered void, and no further processing will occur.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refund:

  • A refund is only available if the application is canceled within the eligible 24-hour period.
  • A processing fee of $200 will be deducted from the total application fee before the refund is issued.

• Non-Refundable Situations:

  • If the application is canceled after 24 hours of submission.
  • If the application is rejected due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the applicant.
  • If the press card has already been issued and delivered (digitally or physically).

• Refund Process:

  • If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Amendments to the Policy

• The organization reserves the right to amend the cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the official website, and it is the applicant’s responsibility to review the policy before submitting their application.

4. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute regarding the cancellation or refund, the organization’s decision will be final and binding.
• Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Barabanki.
